Principal's Message
Dear Fairview Families and Community Members,
As we close out our first trimester of the school year, I want to take a moment to reflect on all the incredible things happening at Fairview PK-8. It has been a season filled with learning, connection, and celebration—and I am so proud of our students, staff, and families for making it such a strong start.
Our students have shown tremendous growth academically, socially, and emotionally. Classrooms have been filled with engaging lessons, collaborative projects, and hands-on learning experiences that reflect our commitment to developing critical thinkers and lifelong learners. Our teachers continue to go above and beyond to create welcoming and dynamic learning environments where every student can thrive.
This trimester has also been marked by wonderful community-building moments. In September, our Family Movie Night brought families together for an evening of fun, laughter, and connection—thank you to everyone who came out and made it a success! In October, our Trunk or Treat Event filled the Fairview parking lot with creativity and joy as students and families celebrated in a safe, festive way. Most recently, we proudly hosted our PASS (Parent Academy for Student Success) Graduation, celebrating parents and guardians who have partnered with us to strengthen their understanding of how to support their child’s academic journey. Each of these events reminds us of the power of partnership and community that makes Fairview so special.
As we move into our second trimester, we are excited to continue building on this positive momentum. Our academic focus will remain strong, as we support each student in meeting their learning goals and growing in confidence and curiosity. We are also looking forward to upcoming winter activities, continued family engagement opportunities, and initiatives that highlight attendance, wellness, and student leadership.
Thank you for your continued trust, support, and involvement in our school community. Together, we are creating a place where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
With gratitude,
Stephanie Fick
